Phase 1 - Concept Development

This Includes:

Meetings & site visits:

Onsite meeting - We learn about your lifestyle, aesthetics and functional needs (scope of work)

Design work:

Site measurements (if site progress allows for this)
Budget & timelines are discussed.
Prepare preliminary concept for the interior design and finishes , present suggestions for products/ fixtures /fittings for your home, utilizing physical samples (if available)

Fees for Phase 1:

Phase 2 - Concept & layout Documentation

This includes:

Meetings & site visits:

Meeting to discuss draft design & Finalise product selections according to desired look & feel. (Taking inconsideration the clients budget)

Design work:

Space planning & draft design. (Note that no designs are shared before acceptance of quote)
Quote based upon above design.
Acceptance of quote. (70 % deposit required to start)

Fees for Phase 2:

R0 (included in once off call out fee - (to be deducted from final quote if accepted)

Phase 3 - Construction period

This includes:

Meetings & site visits:

Meeting with you as required, to achieve the above.
Site visit for final measurements and/or to meet with contractors ex plumber/electrician etc.
Regular site visits to monitor progress & to address issues as they arise.

Design work:

Fees for Phase 3:

R0 (included in once off call out fee - (to be deducted from final quote if accepted)

Phase 4 - Furnishing & installation

This includes:

Meetings & site visits:

Meeting with you as required, to achieve the above.
Regular site visits to monitor progress of installation & to address issues as they arise.
Final inspection once installation has been completed.

Design work:

Develop a design concept and furniture package for furniture & soft furnishings, art and accessories for entire house or area, utilizing existing pieces you already have.
Placement & coordination of trade order for all furniture and accessories.

Fees for Phase 4:

Our rates are determined on an hourly rate on the decor side and a square-meter rate on the building side of each project and based on the requirements from each client.

No project is the same and the design approach and clients requirements vary.
